Amy Knox is a seasoned financial services leader with more than two decades of experience driving growth and operational excellence within the wealth management industry. She now serves as Head of Practice Management and Succession Planning Strategies at Axtella, a Michigan-based broker-dealer, where she continues to guide advisors in building sustainable, high-performing practices.

As a dedicated member of PHCF’s board, Amy brings deep expertise in strategic planning and a passion for strengthening community organizations to support the foundation’s mission of enhancing quality of life for local residents. Raised in a family-run business in San Diego, she developed an early appreciation for community engagement through volunteer work alongside her parents—an influence that continues to shape her commitment to building stronger, more connected communities.

Outside of her professional work, Amy enjoys spending time with her two children and their dog, Quill. Whether hiking through the region’s beautiful parks or attending local community events, she values creating meaningful experiences with her family and staying actively connected to the community she serves.
